PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
LATTER GLORY OIL is established with a view to lifting, distributing,
marketing and selling of petroleum products to such customer segments
such as retail outlets, mining and the industrial sectors of this market.
Besides the prime business of distributing, marketing and selling of
petroleum products, we are also involved in the distribution of various
types of Lubricants for industrial and commercial use.
Product Order Agreement
We operate a 24 to 48 hour order system and will appreciate if ample
notice is given for orders. A Local Purchase Order must be sent to Latter
Glory Oil, through an official phone call.
LATTER GLORY OIL prides itself on its expertise and dedication of

• A consistent supply of quality fuel (diesel).
• Continuous and uninterrupted services & prompt delivery of fuel.
This together with our logistics and Transport department will provide
efficient distribution to your site and ensure the fuel supplied is of best
quality
LATTER GLORY OIL Value Proposition:
• Services
Quality: Latter Glory Oil has experience supplying the various
sectors with petroleum products. We recognize the need to
supply high quality fuel with a low particle count. To that end,
we ensure that the fuel we provide is filtered to provide you with
quality products.
Latter Glory Oil has put processes into place to ensure that we
achieve this goal. We have a dedicated fleet of trucks which
transport fuel solely to ensure minimal contamination.
Furthermore, our dedicated trucks are equipped with filtration
systems to continue the filtration process during transportation.
Our quality control process starts from our filtration process at
our depot to the filtration process in our trucks, then the
filtration process we put in place at the client depots. This
ensures that the client receives premium quality product, with a
minimal particle count.
Maintenance: The tank will be checked on quarterly to avoid
any damage like leakages, over delivery or under delivery of the
pump, etc.
Safety: Latter Glory Oil will train your Staff about Safety Tips
which includes the client’s health, workplace safety,
environmental management as well as security and equipment.
Concerning health safety and the environment, management has
put in place measures to address all of the above.
At Latter Glory Oil, high standards of safety and care are
required of all staff. Safety precautions will be instituted by the
transporter to avoid spillage and fires. They shall ensure that
their hoses, foot valves and cam lock fittings are all in good
condition to prevent spillage and drips during the transfer of
products into the client’s tank. Also, the trucks will be physically
inspected to ensure maximum safety standards are maintained.
SUPPLIERS
Our fuel is sourced from Shell Ghana Limited. We have forged good
working relationships with suppliers which gives us timely access
to the petroleum (Diesel) products we need.
• Logistics Support
Dedicated Bulk Trucks shall be assigned to deliver product to your
site. This will ensure the integrity of the delivery process and to
prevent unjustifiable shortages.
Transportation
Latter Glory Oil proposes to provide a dedicated transport service to move
products to site according to agreed order schedules. This bowser (truck)
will be accompanied by fuel pumps to enable free discharge of diesel into
the tanks.
Product Specification
The specification of diesel would be according to the Ghana Petroleum
Standard Specifications as supplied by the Tema Oil Refinery and Shell
Ghana Limited.
Pricing
The price of Fuel sold by Latter Glory Oil to the Purchaser shall be the
quoted SHELL GHANA indicative maximum price per liter at the time of
purchase.
LATTER GLORY OIL shall grant the Purchaser a discount of GHC 0.20p
on every liter of Fuel sold to the Purchaser. It is worthy to note that the
price is subjected to governmental review and should prices be changed,
we will also be obliged to adjust our prices accordingly and notify you
immediately.
Payment Terms
Payment shall be made 14 days [negotiable] upon receipt of product
(Diesel).
