RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the above noted complaint case is pending before this


Hon’ble Court and is pending for 19.12.2016 for preliminary evidence.

2. That the applicant wants to examine the following witness


in this case:

Concerned official of the Punjab National Bank Sector 19-


C, Chandigarh for proving that no funds were available in
the SB account No. 0583000101096445 on the date of
presentation of the cheque bearing No. 708082 dated
15.10.2016 for an amount of Rs. 45,00,000- (Rs. Forty Five
Lakhs only) and the same was returned dishonoured vide
dishonouring memo dated 27.10.2016 with remarks ‘Kindly
contract drawer/drawee bank and please present again”.
3. That it is in the interest of justice that the above named
official is summoned in this case as witness.
It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the above named
official may kindly be ordered to be summoned in this case as witness
for recording his statement in preliminary evidence of the case.
