All the employees must adhere to break timing as follows:
Breakfast/Tea time 10:30 to 10:45 AM
Lunch time 01:30 to 02:00 PM
Tea Time 04:00 to 04:15 PM
All the employees are directed to mark their attendance on bio-metric in
the morning and also while leaving in the evening. The final attendance for
the month will be marked according to bio-metric data.
Permission is required from authorized person for going out from the office
or for short leave. Short Leave form duly signed by the competent officer
must be submitted at the security gate before proceeding.
All the employees were verbally warned to discontinue
the Un-authorized/Excessive use of personal mobile phone on working
area, but nobody pay any heed to this. Now as per order of the
management, nobody is allowed to keep his/her personal mobile phone on
the working area. The employees can keep their personal mobile phone in
their bags and can use during break time.
It is the duty of all employees to create positive environment on floor. Any
person, found to indulge in negative activities/conduct shall be dealt
strictly.
If any employee is having any personal inclination toward other employee,
it should not be displayed at the working area. A strict action shall be taken
in case of any such incident.
Late coming is not allowed. A half day leave is marked for every late coming
for more than two days in a month. Employees are also directed to inform
their senior, if coming late.
