Interview Questions
1.) Good day, I’ve been working as an admin assistant with The Young Workers Support System Inc.
For the past 2 years. During this time, I’ve been providing incredible value to my clients through
strategies we develop and implemented for them. Looking back it now, I must have done a great
job as admin assistant that our clients particularly requested for whenever they have new
projects. In addition to this, I am currently taking Bachelor of Science in St. Ignatius Technical
Institute of Business and Arts. Now, I’m looking forward to taking my career to the next level
with your company and continue to add more value to my clients under the company’s
umbrella.
2.) Perhaps my greatest strength id the ability to stick to a difficult task yet be able to change
course rapidly when required. I believe in planning and proper management of time and yet I
can still work under pressure.
3.) A.)The situation is one of my colleagues is coming to work at late time and neglecting his duties
due to the absence of our supervisor. This is one of the most difficult decision is to give a
disciplinary action to someone but I would like to emphasize that once I had examine the
problem and reached a conclusion, I acted in timely and professional manner, with the best
interest of the company at heart.
B.)I liked my boss as a person, respected her professionally and appreciate her guidance. In my
supervisor and other colleagues, I have never thought of our relationship in terms of like or
dislike. I have always thought our role was to get along together and get the job done. We had a
very good relationship as far as I can remember.
C.)Although I feel my biggest achievements are still ahead of me, I’m proud of my involvement
with Rehabilitation of the common areas in the Subdivision. I was the one who suggest the need
of the common areas and get the project done to the contractors. I made my contribution as
part of the team and learned a lot in the process. We all did it with the hard work,
concentration, and the eye on the bottom line.

5.) I see my career goal in the next 5 year like ill graduated college, then having my successful own
business with the supporting families at my side.
Question Specific to Internship
1.) I am interested to internship because I want to have a clear idea of the career path I want to take.
This can be helpful in the planning stage when identifying organization to approach, etc.
2.) Organization provides the student with tasks, responsibilities and exposure to the business.
3.) I believe that I have the qualifications that you need; I am team player, and take directions and have
desire to reach success.
4.) I can do jobs at office or in field areas.
5.) I can bring this job a determination to see projects through proper conclusions. I listen and take
directions well. I am analytical and don’t jump to conclusion. And finally I understand we are in
business to make a profit, so I also keep an eye on cost and return.
6.) I listen very carefully to directions and always keep my superiors informed of my actions.
7.) My current writing and communication skill is above average along with my computer skills.
8.) In internship, maybe I can grow my academic learning, skill development or personal areas through
my internship. It will give different experience to us; however it is important to note that as with
most things in life that you will get out of internship will largely depend on what you put in.
9.) I don’t have any previous internship because I can only experience now in college but I have some
work experience that I can compare to internship.
10.)I don’t have anyone know on the organization.
About Past Experience
1.) My experience in that I work until deadline is my project on common areas in Tokyo
Mansion Subdivision. It’s very critical situation with been holding up for it. We are running
out of time, the signatory of cheques for the budget are still on the vacation but we need to
finish and complete the projects before end of the year.
2.) Still on this project we work really hard as team. We divided the task so we can easily
achieve what to finish on the day we schedule.
3.) Still in common areas projects I work on multiple assignments I experience here that I need
to canvass all materials, I need to conduct negotiations on the contractors, I need to prepare
my report in my Boss.
4.) In my experience as an assistant supervisor, I have found out that they have never had a
gathering. I suggest to my supervisor that we need to conduct a simple Christmas party so
we can have the more trust of our colleagues
5.) In my experience as an assistant supervisor, this one time situation I disagreed on my
supervisor. It is the event of giving groceries in the company. He suggested that for all the
absent on the day of giving the groceries will give their parts on the others who needed the
most. I disagreed to that, I thought that everyone has right to claim their groceries
suggested to let them claim the groceries on tell them the situations and let them think
what to do on their own grocery.
