Dear MR. NANDA GOPAL JANA,

We are pleased to offer you this appointment in our organization as a “CAPTAIN” effective from 31th
July 2021. DOHA EXTRACO will obtain an employment visa in your name however you have to provide
necessary certified documents necessary to obtain this visa.

A. Basic Terms:

Basic Salary:

1800/- QAR

ALLOWANCES:

100/- QAR

ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORT:

Regular Working Hours:

Six days /week; eight hours/day; one rest day/week

B. Probation Period:

Your appointment is initially made on the basis of a three-month probation period at the end of which,
the company will review your progress. We expect you to confirm your appointment on a permanent
basis. Failure to successfully complete all or part of this period shall result in premature termination,
without any notice.

C. Termination of Employment:

After completion of your probation, your employment may be terminated by either party given a 30
days’ notice. If you are not qualified for your applied work we shall send you back to your country of
origin at your own expenses.

D. Other Applicable Rules:

Other terms and conditions which are not stipulated by the parties shall be governed by the laws of the
host country (Qatar Labors laws), which is more beneficial to you.

E. Work for Third Parties:

For the full duration of your employment with the company, you shall not undertake any form of work
for a third party paid or unpaid, even of a temporary nature. If you are found to be so doing, you shall,
at the discretion of the company, be prematurely terminated without any notice or recompense.

You are to sign the duplicate copy of this letter as a means of your acceptance of the ongoing terms and
conditions of this appointment.

NOTE: Air ticket will be paid by the worker
