Oman LNG Office) MR. FAISAL PARI Passport No R5119729 Country of Issue INDIA.
The Position we are offering is that GENERAL ACCOUNTANT at Wage of OMR 395 per
month. Your working hours will be eight hours/day and overtime will be paid @1.5% extra of
basic wageon normal working days. This is a contract position for 24 Months.
We have pleasure in offering you employment with CCC Group of Companies on the terms
and conditions mentioned below:
1. Position:
You are being engaged with our company on this project and your Job designated and you
will be expected to carry out duties appropriate to this appointment. You will be under
probation for a period of six months
2. Compensations& Vacation:
The compensation for this position will be entitled per calendar monthly salary. Your
performance and compensation will be reviewed annually. You will be entitled to receive 28
days paid days of vacation annually. Your vacation will be prorated in the first year to your
start date.
3. Duties:
You will perform duties as allocated to you, conscientiously and exercising due diligence and
care. On account of business Reasons, these may be modified from time to time and the
changes will be communicated to you by your senior. We request you to meet HR on the day
of your joining and do carry this offer letter.

4. Integrity & Confidentiality:
You will be required to demonstrate a high degree of integrity in the performance of your
responsibilities, during the course of your employment; you will have access to confidential
Proprietary information of the Company audits clients. You are expected to treatall such
information in strict confidence. You need to adhere to organization's policy and procedures,
pertaining to information security basis your role requirement. You cannot disclose it to any
Persons within or outside neither CCC Oman, nor can you use it for any purpose other than
that specified. Breach of the above obligation gives the Company the right to terminate
employment with immediate effect and also to initiate suitable civil or criminal action.
5. Termination of Service:
We may terminate your employment in our sole discretion without cause, by providing you
with written notice or pay in lieu of notice that complies with the Employment Standards Act,
2000 (“ESA”) (Minister for Social Affairs and Labor Law OMAN). The notice provisions
are:
Within the three-month probationary period: no notice
Between three months and less than two years: one week
Two years or more and less than four years: two weeks
Four years or more and less than six years: four weeks
6. Company Rules and Regulations:
Your working hours, weekly-offs, holidays, leave rules etc. will be governed by the rules and
regulations of the Company. The Company has the sole and absolute right to change any of
its rules and regulations at any time to meet exigencies of business.

7. Accommodation & Food:
Bachelor sharing accommodation will be provided by the company.
