Subject: Online Fee Collection system in DGCA
DG (CA) has decided that the fees charged in lieu of various services being
provided by DGCA may be collected ly through online mode. Initially a few
services being rovided by DGCA HQ has been taken up on pilot basis. The list
of such service s enclosed.
For the services identified, no form of payment (Bank Draft) other than
electronic mode (Credit Cardl Debit Cardl Net Banking/ RTGS/ NEFT etc) will
be accepted with effect from 01.08.2016.
For making the payments, stakeholders may visit the page
https://bharatkosh.gov.in.Payment may be done either after registration or
without registration. User guide is available under the

eholders are advised to visit the website of DGCA (http://deca.nic.in) for any
updates.
After making the payments, printout of the receipts (GAR 6 & GAR 7) is to be
enclosed with the Application being submitted to DGCA for availing the
particular service.
