3RD LAC SESSION ACTIVITY DESIGN
I- GENERAL INFORMATION
Title: Conduct of 3RD Learning Action Cell (LAC)
Participants: All Teachers
Date of Implementation: September 30, 2020
Venue: School Office
II- RATIONALE
Following the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines.
The Department of Education push through the continuity of classes but with the different learning delivery mode
– a no face-to-face learning or a distance learning.
This is done to prevent the exposure of students, teachers and other stakeholders from CoViD-19 which
will cause great health hazard, if it will happen.
In order to capacitate teachers on the different deliverables or indicators that needs to be done before and
during the start of classes, the school will conduct this 3 rd LAC session to discuss the school Learning Delivery
Modality Implementation Plan and indicators for the SY 2020-2021.
III- OBJECTIVE/S:
This activity will be done with the following objectives:
1. Identify the parts of the LDM Implementation Plan
2. Discuss the indicators in each part.
3. Identify the different expected outputs in each indicators
4. Identify the time frame to achieved the indicated output.
5. Identify the persons in charge of each indicators
6. Discuss the budgetary requirement in each indicator
IV- METHODOLOGIES
To attain the objectives of this activity, different methods are to be followed:
1. Prepare the LAC forms and activity design
2. Prepare the copy of school LDM Plan
3. Gather suggestions from the participants in order to maximize resources and 100% sustainability of the
LDM plan

I- GENERAL INFORMATION
Title: Conduct of Learning Action Cell (LAC) on the Demonstration on the Arrangement of the
Classroom, the Physical Facilities and the on the Retrieval and Returning of Modules
Participants: All Teachers
Date of Implementation: August 3, 2020
Venue: School Office
II- RATIONALE
Since the distance learning is being followed, the teachers and parents will be in-charge in the
retrieval and returning of modules.
It is therefore a must to follow health protocols as mandated by Inter-Agency Task Force on
Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) - a task force organized by the executive of the Philippine
government to respond to affairs concerning emerging infectious diseases in the Philippines..
There is a need to discuss on how the classroom set-up will be done, the things needed in the
classroom vicinity and how the retrieval and returning of modules will be done, thus this activity will
be conducted.
III- OBJECTIVE/S:
This activity will be done with the following objectives:
1. discuss how the new normal set-up of classroom is done;
2. show the actual demonstration on the retrieval and returning of modules
3. formulate modified or alternative ways that would best suit to the classroom location of this
building
IV- METHODOLOGIES
To attain the objectives of this activity, different methods are to be followed:
1. show photos of an ideal arrangement
2. gather suggestions from the participants in order to formulate alternative ways in planning for
the retrieval and returning of modules will be done
3. actual demonstration of the teachers for that activity
