Role Objective To Handle the shift independently as shift in-charge.


Ensure the Process & Product quality of CNC process & Product Dim.
Handling customer issues & Process & Product audit, Training & Development of inspectors
Problem solving, Why why analysis, Process improvement, etc
Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

1. Process, System audits

2. CMM Inspection & Dimensional Inspection, Set up approval

3. Liaison with Certification agency for Audits

4. Liaison with customer for fulfillment of system related requirements

5. Process, Product Audit, SPC & MSA

6. Conducting system audit & effectiveness monitoring

7. Coordination with team for customer audit & obs. closure

8. Coordinate with team for Third party audits & obs. closure
9. Coordinate quality review meetings
10. Daily Quality issues handling & close on time
11. Participate in FMEA reviews
12. Training to plant team on QMS procedures.
13. Ensure updation of that all in-house systems and procedures to meet the revised requirements of customer & certification bod
14. Ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
15. Effectiveness monitoring of actions implemented against customer, certification agency.
16. Training & Development of Inspectors
17. Knowldge of Machining process (CNC & VMC, Washing, Leak testing)

Qualifications and Education Requirements


Education : B. E. / B. Tech. or Diploma
Experience : 4-6 years

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of CNC Process
• CMM, Roughness tester, Contour tester, Venire caliper & Bore Gauge etc.
• SAP module for receipt quality inspection
• Knowledge of IATF requirements
• Knowledge of SPC, PPAC, Control Plan,
• Good Communication skill
• Team building ability
• Problem-solving Skills
• Hardworking
