COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
This COMPROMISE AGREEMENT executed by and among:
ROGER C. ANTERO, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with
residence and postal address at 3708 Pangawan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya,
represented by LACSON ANTERO, married, of legal age and a resident of
Pangawan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY,
-and-
BELMORE O. LOPEZ, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with
residence and postal address at 3708 Pangawan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, a stabbing incident transpired on August 08, 2020 at around
9:30 in the evening at Barangay Pangawan, Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya involving Mr.
Roger C. Antero and Mr. Belmore O. Lopez.
WHEREAS, in the said stabbing incident, Mr. Roger C. Antero was the
victim causing him physical injuries requiring hospitalization, medication and
surgery;
WHEREAS, the parties agreed to enter into a compromise agreement
involving the abovementioned incident;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the FIRST
PARTY agrees that he shall no longer file a case in court against the SECOND
PARTY and that the parties have hereto agreed on the following terms and
conditions to wit;
1. An initial amount sufficient for the family to hold for the medical
expenses will be given to the FIRST PARTY upon signing of this
agreement. The SECOND PARTY further agrees that he shall continue
giving the FIRST PARTY the needed amounts for the medical expenses
of MR. ROGER C. ANTERO until he has fully recovered.
2. The SECOND PARTY agrees to shoulder all the medical expenses,
including but not limited to medical surgery, medicines etc., that will be
incurred by the victim ROGER C. ANTERO for his medical treatment
until he has fully recovered from said injuries.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affix their signatures on the date
and place above written.
