Day 01 : Delhi Arrive – Manali Overnight Journey
Depart to Manali by Volvo Bus 6pm . Overnight Journey to Manali .
By 6pm you will be dropped at Manali Volvo stand . Depart to Manali by Volvo Bus .
Overnight Journey to Manali .
Day 02: Manali Sightseeing
Arrive at Manali by 8am , later proceed to hotel . Have fresh up then proceed
for Manali sightseeing . Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Manu Temple, Van Vihar,
Tibetan Monastery & Vashist Bath Hot Spring Water . Evening back to Hotel . Overnight
stay at Manali . ( Early check is subject to availability )

Day 03 : Solang Valley Sightseeing – Manali Stay .
After breakfast , proceed to Solang Valley by 8am . Overnight stay at Manali .
( Snow Dress , Adventure Activities , Cable Car ride , River Rafting any other activities etc

Day 04 : Kullu Manali – Delhi Overnight Journey
After breakfast ,check out from hotel and proceed to visit Kullu Valley . Around 4pm
board Volvo bus for Delhi . Overnight journey to Delhi .

Day 05 : Morning Delhi Volvo Stand Arrival
By 7am arrive at Delhi Your Tour Ends Here ! ( Better Guest book a cab from volvo stand to
Airport as it will be economy for them )

Please note that adventure activities has not included in this package if you wants to do
adventure activities you have to pay extra .

About Rohtang Pass ( As per permit )
National Green Tribunal has restricted the number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass. If permit is
available Guest can pay the charges on the spot according to the Taxi Union Rates. Rohtang
Pass Visiting Charges is not included in the Package Cost. Guests can pay the charges
directly after reaching Manali. We will coordinate with you for the same. Rohtang Pass will
be closed from November to April every year due to heavy snowfall. During this period the
snow will be available in majority of the places in and around Manali)
Please note that adventure activities has not included in this package if you want to do

Any type of Local Transportation excluding the provided sightseeing as per the
itinerary and any kind of local expenses during stay in hotel
Any meals other than those specified in 'Cost Includes'.
Expenses of personal nature such as Baggage handling, tips, telephone calls,
laundry, liquor etc.
Any other item not specified in 'cost includes'.
Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing.
High Season / Festive Season Supplements Applied by Hotels From Time to
Time
Laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified),
telephone charges, shopping, all items of a personal nature and also food and drinks
not forming the part of the group menus.
Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.
General Rules
The total cost quoted for this package may differ, if you take longer
time to confirm it.
The package is completely subjected to availability at the time of
making the booking. We do not hold any booking.
The company will not be responsible for any Refund, Compensation or
Claim for shortage of Tour Days or for Cancellation, Postponement,
fog, Curfew, Roadblock and landslides , mechanical failure
or any natural calamities beyond our control. The normal Cancellation
charges will be applicable in such conditions.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the
itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.
There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing etc., not
utilized on your tour.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any
damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or
irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour
arrangements.
All Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala Only.
Terms & Conditions:
* Booking and reservations are subject to availability until confirmation.
* Prices are subject to change and availability until client confirmation and payment.
* Please note that we reserve the right to amend our quotation should any of the quoted
services be unavailable at the time of booking.
* Payment to be made in INR as per the rate of exchange applicable on the day of final
payment.
* Rate of exchange will be based on our bank rate.
* Hotels in quotation are suggestions only, kindly check if your requirements are met
before confirmation.
* Booking vouchers, confirmations, and receipts will not be sent until the payment reflects
in our bank account.
* Standard SIC (seat in coach) transfers time 08 AM TO 6 PM unless specified.
* Standard International Check in time is 2:00PM/3:00PM and check out time is at
10:00AM/12:00PM depending on the hotel policy.
* Early check in, late checkout and room preferences are strictly subject with the hotel at
the time of check in and we cannot guarantee the same; we can only put in a request at the
time of booking which is subject to hotel’s decision.
* No services will be confirmed with quotation until confirmation and payment.
* Clients are expected to make a refundable credit card swipe or deposit cash to hotel upon
check-in as a security deposit. The refundable amount will be set by the hotel.
* All types of City Taxes/ Resort Fees will be payable by Guest directly at the Hotel if
applicable to your destination.
* No refunds for any unutilized services.
* Any issues which are brought to our notice later than 7 days after the trip will not be
entertained.
* Voucher covers only those taxes which are included in the booking price (if included), all
various other applicable taxes needs to be settled directly by guest
*Clients are expected to cooperate with any emergency changes in itinerary due to
unsuitable weather, natural calamities, political issues, or other unseen troubles.
*We are not responsible for missed transfers or tours if passenger is not present on time.
* Cancellation charges are applicable if booking is cancelled after reconfirmation due to any
reason
* Hotel’s services like room service, meals or any other features are all as per the hotel
standards and we are not responsible for the same.
* We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your
journey.
* Any change in no. of passengers, duration and dates of travel will attract re-quote.
* Expenses of any services not included in your package won’t be borne by us.
