WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

Whereas, TECHNIPROOF FOUNDATION hereinafter called the Sub-Contractor, has caused
to have applied, pursuant to the project waterproofing proposal, the necessary materials to
waterproof the Wet Area of the project described below:

Location : RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
Client : MINISTRY OF INTERIOR
Main Contractor : M/s ABV ROCK GROUP LTD CO.
Approximate Surface Area : WET AREA -Bathroom, kitchen, laundry, pantry, etc…
Date of Completion : -----
Period of Warranty : Ten (10) Years for warranty for Workmanship & Material.
Type of Membrane : Wet areas Waterproofing System:
Using Liquid cold applied Synthetic waterproofing
Membrane TYPE: MASTERTILE WP 668 (PCL LASTOGUM-BASF)
And whereas by careful examination of the said system, it has been determined that the
required quantities of waterproofing materials have been used and that the materials have
been applied in conformance with the specified requirements. The Sub-Contractor hereby
warrantees, subject to the conditions stated herein that the waterproofing is effectively
water tight, warranting it against defects in workmanship or materials as applied and
Supervised by the Sub-Contractor personnel.
Now therefore, the Sub-Contractor warrantees to the above mentioned Main Contractor
that as set forth below, during a period of time as specified above from the date of
completion of the system described, the Sub-Contractor will at his own expense make or
cause to be made, any repairs to its waterproofing elements that may be necessary, as
arise out of defects in workmanship or materials, and shall maintain the waterproofing in
water tight conditions free from defects such as seepage, leaks, etc.,. Arising from such
causes. For the purpose of this warranty, damages to the waterproofing caused by
hurricanes, lightings, tornadoes, gales, hale storms or other unusual natural phenomena
shall not be deemed to be "Normal Wear and Tear" by the elements.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover, and the Sub-Contractor shall not be liable for:
1. This warranty does not cover, and the Sub-Contractor shall not be liable for damages
to the inside building finishes and contents or for damages to the waterproofing
caused by any other party than its own personnel.
2. This warranty does not cover failure of the waterproofing system due to:
2. a) Damages caused by repairs or penetrations or modifications in structure.
2. b) Damages caused by fire, faulty design or construction movement,
Differential settlement, misuse of the structure or any other failure of the structure.
Inspection and Repair:
Upon written notice to its registered office requesting any waterproofing repairs, the Sub-
Contractor shall inspect the site and following such inspection:
1. The Sub-Contractor shall at his own expense, make such waterproofing repairs as are
required by this warranty, on the condition that the Main Contractor will provide free
access to the waterproofing elements.
2. In case the requested repairs are not covered by this warranty such as, but not limited
to damages caused by any other parties than the Sub-Contractor personnel. The Sub-
Contractor shall make or cause to be made such repairs at the Main Contractor's
expense in accordance with the specifications and normal procedures as established
by the Sub-Contractor. This warranty shall, there upon, remain in effect for the
unexpired period of its original terms.
3. If repairs are made by any other party than the Sub-Contractor designee, this
warranty, with respect to any such area, shall be automatically terminated.
Condition:
o This warranty will only be valid if the Main Contractor has paid the Sub-Contractor the full
value of the executed works in accordance to the Contract Agreement payment terms.
