You are working from home using your personal PC. You have spent the last three
days, working on the UI of an app.
Today, your PC is formatted by your brother, and all your files are lost.
Thankfully, you have taken a backup in the office server.
Write a mail to Kritiga, a database admin, to help you find the backup files.
Challenge: This is the first time you are mailing Kritiga.

Dear Kritiga,

I would like to request you to find backup files of project of iOS app of FLS
Airlines. I lost all the files due to some formattion done by my
brother. Please help me and send files as soon as possible.

Project overview: Adding functionality to the website
You are a tester. In this project you must test the test cases within 48 hours of
receiving them. The project is in a critical phase.
At this juncture, you receive the test cases one day late from the developer,
Eashwar. This has set you back by one day.
Write a mail to your manager Hareesh, giving him a heads up that the testing will
be delayed by one day because of this.
Catch: The developer involved is your friend. You don't want to seem like you are
blaming him in the mail.
