chairperson in Principle A Leadership and governance. With me are my members, the dynamic
brgy captain of brgy basag, honorable alberto c. flores , our supportive SGC president MR
isagani l. endencia , our active faculty president maam armalyn r. Gomez, maam chery u pero
our Gad coordinator, and maam gina s aceron the school property custodian. In how many years,
basag national high school the school has changed a lot because of the leadership and undying
support of stakeholders to make the school environment friendly and pleasant that help children
grow and develop. Today with the situation this pandemic ,basag national high school is
indestructible and that’s because of our power! Power of trusts, collaboration and active
communication with the stakeholders and the school , Now, let’s witness the 5 minute video of
our best practices of the leadership and governance here in our school, basag national high
school..

1. The MOVS under Indicator 1 are: SIP-AIP (extent of participation of stakeholders) ,
Annual Procurement Plan, Annual Budget, and the documentation of the SiP Process.
The highlights of our indicator 1 is our SIP- AIP, we have our Enhance school
improvement plan and the Annual improvement plan for both JHS and SHS. Now lets
proceed to the documentation of SIP process, the carfting and review of sip,, we have
here the crafting of our AIP ,, in crafting our AIP for calendar year 2021, this is our
documentation, we have the communication letter prepared by our SGC chairperson
dated November 16, 2020 and noted by our school head. We have the minutes of meeting
dated November 18, 2020, the agenda is about the ESIp and AIp crafting . (read the .
Now lets take a look in crafting our AIP for fiscal year 2020 . The communication letter
was dated December 17, 2019. Prepared by our sgc chairperson mr isagani l. endencia.
The minutes of meeting dated December 20, 2019 along with the attendance and the
picture.

2. Next, we have the indicator 2. Under this indicator, we have the SIP review, smea docs,
and the documentation of the SIP review Process. The highlights of our indicator 2 is the
sip review. Now this is our Sip review, and the documentation process. The
communication letter was dated august 23, 2019 prepared by our SGC chairperson mr
isagani endencia. We have the minutes of meeting along with the attendance and the
picture.

( SMEA – we have our here our smea, (SCHOOL MONITORING, EVALUATION


AND ADJUSTMENT), reporting of the results in mps, updates of the enrolment, any
concerns of the school forms and other documents headed by the sgc chairperson.
3. Next is indicator 3, the documents under the indicator 3 we have the school faculty
association , its structure and its constitution and by laws along with the sgc , gpta and
ssg. Now lets have the School governing council. This is the cbl of our sgc, and now its
structure, . lets proceed now to the minutes of meeting with our sgc (minutets of meeting
2020), it was dated march 14, 2020. With the agenda about the discussion of roles and
responsibilities of the officers and the cancellation of the gpta contribution due to crisis
caused by the pandemic. Another minutes of meeting dated July 08, 2019 communication
letter prepared by our gpta president mrs Evangeline guiritan. The minutes of meeting
,the attendance and the picture. In school faculty association,(pick latest) we have the cbl
and the officers. We have the sample of minutes of meeting dated July 17, 2020, (read the
caption).

4. Next is indicator 4, the movs under the indicator 4, we have the communication plan,
communication system, communication flow, school website, newsletter and the
linkages. The highlights of our indicator 4 is our school website because in how many
years we have only our Schoool fb page but now ,made by our shs curriculum chairman
through the use of google site and still furnishing with the necessary data. We will make
sure that with the collaboration of our stakeholders, sgc our school website will be
perfectly available with all the necessary data. Next highlight is our strong linkages
through having the MOA, we have the moa in implementing partnership with the brgy
basag council for the implementation of the child friendly school system and brigada
program, whereas the brgy council supports to construct the reading center. We have also
other linkages like here the adopt a child program with the partnership of the Brgy
council.

5. Next we have indicator 5, the movs under the indicator 5 are : * T&D System* Individual
Plan for Professional Dev’t (IPPD)
* School Plan for Professional Development (SPDP) for Teachers
* Training and Development Program for Leaders
* Parenting Seminar Program
