KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, XXX., of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at XXXSan Juan,
Metro Manila, do hereby name, appoint, and constitute XXX, of legal age,
Filipino, married and likewise residing at XXX San Juan, Metro Manila, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me, in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts and things:

To file a complaint or other appropriate


pleading before the Housing and Land Use Regulatory
Board (HLURB) or other proper tribunal or agency

the recovery or refund of the amount that I paid to said
persons/ entities for the purchase of subdivision lots
situated at XXX, to execute, sign, and deliver
documents relative thereto, to testify, to represent me
at the pre-trial conference and mediation proceedings,
to enter into compromise or other agreement,
stipulation of facts, admission of documents, and
alternative modes of dispute resolution.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney full power


and authority to do and perform any and all acts and things as may be necessary
in the premises as I might lawfully do if personally present and hereby
confirming and ratifying all that my attorney might lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
