I, JOSE C.FELLPE, of legal age, and married to ABEGAIL R. RUTAS, both
Filipino citizen and a resident of 3357-D Magistrado Araullo St. Brgy. 611 Bacood Sta.
Mesa, Manila, do hereby name, appoint and constitute, WILMA R. RUTAS, my mother
in-law, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Abiawin Infanta,
Quezon to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts, deeds and things to wit:

1. To act as and be my duly authorized representative in processing
