- Do manual excavation near the existing pipeline.
- Good communication between operator and signalman, ensure the operator follow instruction/sign from signalman.
Catatan : - Stop pekerjaan, jika didapati penyimpangan atau perubahan dari JSA untuk di diskusikan lebih lanjut dengan semua departemen yang terlibat.
- Lakukan penggalian manual di dekat jalur pipa existing
- Komunikasi yang baik antara operator excavator dengan signalmen, yankinkan operator mengikuti instruksi/ tanda dari signalman.
