Introduction
You are Alexis, the head of external affairs for a national not-for-profit medical research
institution that focuses on illnesses associated with ageing. Funding for a not-for-profit medical
facility comes from a variety of sources, according to the external affairs department. The
department is in charge of drafting the yearly report to the board of directors on the center's
successes and financial situation. In terms of donations and money, the Centre aspires to be in
the same category as other non-profit organizations. Board members have requested that we
update the report and utilize it to update stakeholders on the center's progress. Prepare a thorough
strategy for completing this project and present it to the board of directors at their next meeting.

The project's main goal is to develop annual reports that are more limited, less demanding, and
easier to read. The assumption is that creating the more basic annual reports will take less time
than the previous plan and may also be used for marketing and development. Hope to increase
the number of donations and the money donated to the facility.

Conclusion
The report consist of the research of nonprofit organization in which doctors done a research on
peoples life and within the time span of 6 months and give the results head of departments which
is shown every helpful for further studding for the doctors. The purpose of all this to increase the
number of donors and through their research result they are successful. Defines the key activities
that must be completed in order to complete the required work and generate all project
deliverables. Determine which places members of the team will visit for testimonials and
photographs. Inviting volunteers from different departments to assist with duties is a good idea.
Prepare a schedule for which jobs will be contracted out. Determine which members of your
team will travel to which places. Make a strategy for how the document will be organized. Travel
