NOTICE OF HEARING
This pertains to the seized and apprehended fifteen (15) pieces of abandoned logbolts of Wild
Bagras, Bonol, Malacopa and Ulayan species dated May 22, 2021 with an aggregate volume
of 15.91cu.m / 6,745.84bd.ft with an estimated value of Php 79,550.00 found within Sitio
Mamuangot, Talian, Maragusan, Davao de Oro Province in violation of Section 77 of
Presidential Decree 705 (Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines) as amended by EO 277.
As standing policy of this Department under DAO 97-32, please be informed that this office
is instructing you to attend the scheduled administrative proceeding on June 07, 2021 at 1:00
o’clock in the afternoon at CENR Office, Poblacion, Monkayo, Davao de Oro Province.
