PROCESS FLOW
Preparation of supplies and materials
Weighing of fish (1kg. tamban)
Preparation of supplies and materials
Washing, chopping/cutting of fish (3-4 cut/ pc)
Mixing (1 kg. of fish + 1kg. of molasses
Put nylon screen on top of mixture
Put 5-8 pcs of stones on top of the nylon screen
Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail
Cover with two layer of manila paper
Tie with rubber band
Write markings on the masking tape (name and date of fermentation)
Store in dark cool room for 15 days
Open the mixture and extract the liquid
Filter the liquid and keep it in a plastic container (do not close the cap tightly
Completely close the cap after a week
The concoction is ready to use after extraction

Function

Materials:
1 kg. kangkong
1 kg. camote tops
1 kg. banana trunk
1.5 kg. molasses
PROCESS FLOW
Clean and wash the vegetable materials
Drain for 5 minutes
Slice and cut to inch size
Mix all vegetable thoroughly in a plastic pail (20 L cap.)
Put the 1.5 kg. molasses and mix thoroughly
Put nylon screen on top of the mixture
Put 5-8 pcs of stones on top of the nylon screen
Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail
Cover with two layer of manila paper
Tie with rubber band
Write markings on the masking tape (name and date of fermentation)
Store in dark cool room for 7 days
Open the mixture and extract the liquid
Filter the liquid and keep it in a plastic container
The concoction is ready to use after extraction

1 kg. banana
1 kg. papaya
1 kg. water melon
3 kg. molasses
PROCESS FLOW
Clean and wash the fruits materials
Drain for 5 minutes
Slice and cut to inch size
Mix all vegetable thoroughly in a plastic pail (20 L cap.)
Put the 3 kg. molasses and mix thoroughly
Put nylon screen on top of the mixture

Materials:
1 kg. garlic
1 kg. ginger
200 grms. Mascuvado sugar
2.2 liters pure coconut vinegar
PROCESS FLOW
Skinned the garlic and ginger
Weighing
Cut garlic in halves and slice, ginger into quarter of in inch
Mix garlic and ginger with 200 grms. Mascuvado sugar in a plastic pail
Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail
Close cover tightly and seal it with masking tape at the side
Mark the name and date of fermentation (First stage of fermentation – 3 days)
Open the cover and add 2.2 liters of pure coco vinegar (1:1 solution 3 days after)
Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail
Close cover tightly and seal it again with masking tape at the side
Open the cover, filter and decant the liquid to another container (2nd stage fermentation 10 days after)
Close cover tightly and do the marking (first extraction)

Add the same amount of liquid extracted (2.2 liters of pure coconut vinegar then add 200 gms. Of sili and
100 gms. Of makabuhay, soak for 10 days (second extraction)

Materials:
1 kg. Commercial rice
2 kg. Molasses
PROCESS FLOW
Wash the rice properly (keep the first wash for the LABs)
Cook it normally (not too wet or too dry)
Cool the cooked rice naturally
Transfer the cooked rice in a tray (use a wooden spoon in transferring)
Put some cooked rice inside the bamboo pole (1/4 fulled rice)
Cover it with a two layered manila paper then tie with rubber band
Wrap the bamboo pole with a clean plastic then, tie with rubber bands
Write the marking on the masking tape (name and date of fermentation)
Keep in under the bamboo forest for 3-5 days)
Open the bamboo poles (white colored molds collect)
Weigh the recovered rice and mold
Add molasses in equal weight
Put the mixture in plastic container, wipe the mouth
Cover with double layered manila paper and put the proper markings
Drain the liquid from the mixture, filter and place it in another container
The concoction is ready to use

1 kg. cow bones
9 liters of pure coconut vinegar
PROCESS FLOW
Clean and wash cow bones properly
Put the bones above fired charcoal
Wait until the remaining fats are drained

Wash again to remove excess oil (if necessary)
Drain
Put the bone inside the plastic pail (1 kg)

Materials:
900 ml. coms milk
100 ml. clear liquid fermented rice
1 liter molasses
PROCESS FLOW
Use the first wash liquid from the cooked rice
Put liquid inside the plastic container ¾ full and wipe excess water
Cover it with a double layered manila paper
Mark the name and date of fermentation
Ferment it for 7 days (1st stage of fermentation)
Use 1 liter of cow’s milk and remove 100 ml. (10%)
Extract 100 ml. from the fermented first wash liquid of the cooked rice
Take the liquid between the bottom and top layers of the fermentation and add to the 1 liter milk
Return the cover of the pack and seal it with masking tape
Mark it with the name and date of fermentation
Keep it for 5 days in dark cool room
Drain the liquid and filter, separate the sludge from the liquid
Measure the liquid and add same amount of molasses
Keep it a plastic container (do not close the cap tightly)
The concoction is ready to use
