This is the sketch map for simple block /paving making machine
production line :
High technology, high quality and versatile, this machine
can be fit with the block stacker as the simple production line .it is a simple
production line with certain production scale and suitable for medium -sized
plant.
Layout proposal : The area needs 3000-3600㎡ .
This simple production line can realize immediate palletization and
product of it has high density. The shortcomings of labor and field are
also avoided. Just for block needs maintain on the pallets.
As for the Curing room (compression machine),we suggest that you
should not prepare for ,so as to saving the investments.
Manpower :
Seven persons for this production line ,one for the host machine ,one
for the forklift ,one for the mixing materials ,one for the batching
machine ,three for the stacking .

of this warranty.
9. Validity of quotation: 10 days.
10. First time installation & training will be done by Chinese engineer at
your premises at no cost.

14. Before Chinese visit, you have to arrange electricity or related
arrangement .
15. you have to make necessary arrangement to install the machinery before
engineer visit.
16. Any related issue to the machine, Subject to Dhansura jurisdiction
only.
Note : Advance amount will not be refunded on any account if the machine is
not taken delivery or order is cancelled.
