Mr. Teta, a 24-year-old farmer from Camiling, Tarlac, presented to the hospital with trismus as his chief complaint. Three days prior he began experiencing trismus and spasms in his right lower extremities. Mr. Teta is a 24-year-old farmer and lives in Camiling, Tarlac.

He is living with his

parents and two siblings. August 24, 2021, at 8:58pm, Mr. Teta presented to hospital with chief

complaint of trismus. 3 days prior to admission, the patient started to have trismus and spasms at

right lower extremities. He had no known comorbidities, denies smoking and drinking alcohol.

Upon further examination, multiple dental caries was noted, no gross skin lesions seen, spasms,

bipedal edema and 1 fingerbreadth noted.
