Description:

ADCE Builders Development Corporation was founded in Tagbilaran city in 2003 and has since grown
into a firm of 10 talented designers and professionals who believe in creating inspirational projects. The
CEO/Architect is Dilo Evangelista. He became a licensed Architect in 2003 and founded ADCE
Architecture, Design and Construction Services, which eventually became ADCE builders Development
Corporation. Their civil engineer is Engr. Liberato Lupot Jr. He is an essential part of the team, and has
been with ADCE Builder Development Corporation since 5 years as our consultant

ADCE Builders is recognized as a leader in planning, design, engineering, and construction of a wide
range of project types including residential, commercial/industrial, resorts and educational/institutional.
Through this experience we have become recognized for our ability to design highly specialized one-of-
a-kind facilities and formulate new and innovative design solutions to meet the needs of their clients.

They believe in a collaborative working environment for our staff that encourages intense personal
involvement in all phases of design, documentation and construction while maintaining highly ethical
standards. Mutual respect among all a team member towards both artistic and technical issues insures
that ours is a good place to work, explore and grow. Every individual is a stakeholder and takes
responsibility for his or her own work as it contributes to the success of the immediate project and the
company overall.

ADCE Builders Development Corporation is the first and only architectural and construction firm in Bohol
that uses licensed software for its design and planning works. In 2011, the firm has set up InteriCAD
7000. The 13th major upgrade of the AutoCAD-based software is a new range of software developed on
the basis of interior design working procedure. Working together with the newly released InteriCAD
7000, designers are able to combine the initial stage of communication & interaction with clients, the
middle stage of design visualization, and the final stage of project presentation & sharing into one
organic whole. This will consequentially ignite the revolution in the interior design industry. In its
endeavor to upgrade its system and extensively provide an excellent customer service, the firm has
recently added a new set of licensed technology InteriCAD T5 and BtoCAD to boost its quality design and
planning efforts. InteriCAD T5 is professional software for interior and exterior design. InteriCAD T5
provides interior design, exterior design, render, animation, working drawing and furniture design in a
professional manner. With InteriCAD T5, we can accomplish works which would take several sets of
software to do. InteriCAD T5 goes beyond the expectation and become the best design tool. On the
other hand, BtoCAD acquires almost all the key functions of AutoCAD. It can be applied widely in almost
all industries that need CAD software for design, such as manufacturing, mold, machine, electronics, and
architecture, telecom, furniture and decoration industries.
ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES
Objectives:
 Ascertain that the organization has sufficient human resources to achieve its objectives and
operational strategies,
 Keep the company informed about current social, economic, regulatory, and technical
changes that affect human resources, and
 Enable the organization to adapt to the changing environment's dynamic changes.

Strategies:
 Succession Planning
 HR personnel and management collaborate to access current worker skills and
credentials in order to attain this goal. This assists in determining the optimal HR line
of action. It ensures that firms continue to run efficiently after key personnel retire or
depart, and it also entails cross-training staff to help them build skills, company
knowledge, and a holistic view of the company.

 Workforce Mobility
 Finding people from all around the world with varied experience, expanded
knowledge, and new ways to approach jobs in order to boost business. Having the
ability to hire people from various backgrounds expands your talent pool, allowing
your organization to hire the top applicants from any location. Allowing for remote
working possibilities will also help to boost economic development and improve
employee work-life balance. This results in higher productivity by allowing employees
to work from wherever it is most convenient for them and the firm.

 Employee Engagement
 Employee engagement is ensured through increasing staff passion and developing
excitement about employee contributions. Employee engagement might be difficult
to measure, but the absence of employee engagement is easy to spot. Low
productivity, poor performance, and workplace strife are all signs of employee
disengagement. Supporting employee engagement activities through polling
employee views and opinions and delivering benefits packages that represent the
company's principles and have an impact on the company's business reputation.

 Executive Leadership
 HR department heads seeking entry-level roles can solicit line management's
assistance in performing normal human resources duties so that they can shift HR
goals from transactional to strategic. They supervise or steer personnel in a company
in order to influence and guide them. Those in charge of executive leadership
processes are usually in charge of achieving corporate goals, developing strategic
plans, and making ultimate decisions.

HUMAN RESOURCE STRATEGIC GOALS

 Where are we going?

 Given the circumstances, how will we get there?
 How many employees will be required to achieve the strategic goals of the company?
 What jobs will need to be filled?
 What skill sets and credentials will people need?

4. Field Hospitals
5. Affordable Housing
6. Carbon-Neutral Architecture

Expectations  Solid information – Provide timely, accurate, and

timely information, as well as swift responses to their
enquiries, whether via phone or in person. Giving
customers accurate information shows that you value
their capacity to make informed judgments.
 Engagement - The CEO, the heads of major
operational departments, and the head of HR are the
people who should take the lead in increasing
employee engagement. Because they are the leaders
for the majority of the people in the company, the
heads of significant operational divisions must be
involved from the start. As a result, they set the tone
for others to follow.
 Complaint management - Customer complaint
management is a method that allows customers to
express their displeasure with a company. It enables
businesses to gather input on how to enhance their
services and reduce the risk of consumer complaints.
It increases responsibility, ensures that consumers'
expectations are satisfied, and ensures that the
organization's goods or services are continually
enhanced.
 Flexibility – People who are able to alter their
schedule in such a way that they can meet all of their
needs, including personal ones, can function
considerably more effectively. When an employee is
unwell or exhausted, he or she will not feel required to
work, which, if forced, can only harm productivity and
results.
 Creativity – Customers are looking for suggestions on
how to make their selections better. You're likely to
pick up ideas and strategies that can benefit other
customers as a result of your interactions with a
variety of firms. Make an effort to provide clients with
useful suggestions. They will appreciate your
assistance, and you may be rewarded with additional
loyalty as a result.
 Belonging - We all want to be a part of a community
of like-minded people who understand and support
one another. We also want to believe that we are not
being marginalized or discriminated against.
 Fairness - It's about ensuring that everyone has a fair
part of the project's work— and that the correct
abilities are being applied to the right tasks— in the
context of teamwork and completing the senior design
project and thesis.
