Task 1 :-
2-one of the hottest fast fashion brands in the world is Zara. founded in Spain and
it has now more than ten thousand stores around the globe.
 because Zara is a Spanish brand, so it has all the benefits of operating a business
out of the European Union. In a political context, one of the largest pros of
running a company in the EU is the country’s great trade agreements. Not only
does this make it amazingly easy to export finished products and import raw
materials within the European Union, but it also means that Zara can send its
merchandise over the world with little work and for a low cost. Overall, the EU’s
free-trade policies are huge benefits for Zara.
3-It provides produces such as clothes, perfumes, shoes…. act.
4- Scope:- international
   Zara focuses on the clothes business more as a consumption market rather
   than being a commodity market. Hence Zara focuses on speed and thus looks
   at endless reduction of response time.
   Hence to achieve this Zara has an efficient vertically integrated supply chain
   that is very nearly integrated with the customers. It is from here that the most
   modern trends in fashion are known and the garments are produced
   accordingly and delivered to stores within a period of 2 weeks.
    Task 2:-
    1- The marketing concept: - is the performance of marketing data to
       concentrate on the wants and needs of customers to improve marketing
       strategies that accomplish the goals of the organization not only to satisfy
       the needs of the customers.
