Ingredients (5-6 people)

Main ingredients

 1/4 kg beef
 1/4 kg Cow bone/innards
 1 1/2 ltr water

Fine seasoning

 7 cloves of garlic
 5 cloves of onion
 10 cayenne pepper
 5 curly red peppers
 5 grains
 pepper
 coriander
 Cumin

Additional materials

 100 ml condensed coconut milk


 3 slice orange leaves
 2 cinnamon finger segments
 Salt
 Brown Sugar
 Granulated Sugar
 Micin/flavoring
 Sweet soy sauce
 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Appendages

 Fried onions
 Fried tempeh
 White rice

Step
1 .To stew meat and offal tulangan / with water until tender .After padded drain of meat cut
