Technical Training / Development
• Headed south India as Technical Executieve for Automotive refinish.
• Conducting Paint technical trainings, planning & scheduling, Making training tools.
• New product launches & implementing it at customer end.
• Tracking Paint shop health reports & sharing it to the top management.
• Collect market strategy, coordinate with R&D team to meet market product requirements.
• Providing inputs for increasing the shop profitability, by changing the process or product.
• Calibrating Time management for each process in paint shop.

Development / Technical/ Engineering

production process to assure that demands are properly met; coordinate with quality team to meet all
standards.
• Coordinating with Plant engineering team for new model launch trial planning and execution.
• Trouble shooting production related issues of both paint and application by providing immediate
counter measure and long term solutions, preparing FIR for analyzing the concerns.
• Making reports for the activities done during trouble shooting and conveying it to the subsequent teams
with proper reports to follow up.
• Planning and maintaining material supplies as per Weekly schedule & Monthly forecast.
• Directly supported shift supervisors of RNAIPL bumper paint shop by supporting the shift team for
production planning by considering JPH loss for bumper supply due to line concerns.
• Auditing PMR & Paint booth conditions and making check list for the same & cross check for regular
updating.
• Work together with maintenance team during maintenance of robots, to identify the changes done in
robots and modify parameters for further production process.
• Coordinating with R&D in developing new paint products & solving chronic issues.
