DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
