Our History
& Commitment
PT. Prima Indah Lestari was founded in 1995. It initially manufactured
PVC compounds for local cable manufacturers.
Cable production was initiated in 1997 under the brand “Extrana Cable”.
Since then, we have been progressively upgrading our production line
and increasing our capacity.

NYAF Cable is a low-voltage cable which is an alternative to NYA. Conductors are stranded and annealed copper wires.
Colours are available upon request, mainly red, black, blue, and yellow-green.

NYM 300/500 V

NYM cables are low voltage cables of 300/500 volts. They are
normally used as permanent installation in conduit under plaster
or exposed installation in dry location. When used for outdoor installation, it must have UV protection,
preventing it from direct sun light. It is not suitable for underground installation.
The conductors are solid or stranded and annealed soft copper wires with cross-sectional areas from
1.5 mm2 to 150 mm2. Its insulation is made of coloured PVC (blue, black, yellow-green and brown).
Its outer sheath in normally made of white -coloured PVC.

NYMHY 300/500 V

NYMHY cables are low voltage flexible cables of 300/500 volts. They are ideally used as control, signal and power
cables in various applications.They are used in dry, damp and wet interiors at low mechanical stress. Its flexibility
ensures easy installation and makes it suitable for use in dry rooms, kitchens, electronic products, household
applications, and production facilities.
The conductors are stranded and annealed soft copper wires with cross-sectional areas from 0.75 mm2 up to 2.5 mm2.
Its insulation is made of coloured PVC (blue, black, yellow-green and brown). Its outer sheath is normally made of
 white-coloured PVC.

AAAC-S is made of single core aluminium conductor, extruded with Cross-Linked Polyethylene
(XLPE) that is capable of continuous operation at maximum cable temperature.
ACSR
(Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced)
Specification : SPLN 41 - 7 : 1981
ACSR consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium. ACSR is available in a wide range of
steel varying from as low as 6% to as high as 40%. ACSR with higher strengths are used for river crossings and overhead
ground wires.
