One of our most desirable childhood pleasure and sin is chocolate.

We never
had enough of chocolate in our children days but now when we see chocolate,
we kind of cringe or move away from it. It may be that you don’t like it or just
had enough in your childhood to make you move away from it. Chocolate was
the one thing we wanted when our parents asked and without thinking you
would say yes.
Parents used to hold chocolate against us to get things done or discipline us if
we got into trouble. There are many types of chocolate dark, white, milk,
caramel, liquorice, etc. Which come in many shapes and sizes like bar, butter
cup, balls, sticks, creamy, etc. There are different competitors in the market like
Cadbury, Mars, Ferrero group, Meiji, etc. There is also a lot of fake chocolate in
the market in these days which can affect you in a bad way. There have been
many changes made to proper chocolate to make it improper as they experiment
with ingredients to get max profit this business. There been major changes like
very little coco powder is added for the taste and sold for the same size and
price. In cupcakes the Choco whip cream they they added low quality butter
mixed with chocolate to save money. The main ingredients used to make low-
cost chocolate is cocoa, vegetable fat and sweeteners. Instead of using cocoa
butter they coconut oil or kernels oil as a substitute. As for to make it taste like
good chocolate, they add sugar in large quantities and dilute it with water and
add a certain chemical compound to make it proper. They even add food
colouring to make it look and smell like chocolate. This process maybe called
compound coating or chocolatey coating which is used in candy. Cocoa butter is
one of the most important to chocolate since it gives that glossy feel to the
chocolate.

Here are some of the methods you can find good quality chocolate to the low
quality ones. Cocoa butter one of the most needed ingredient for preparing
chocolate has a low level melting point. If you have seen some chocolate melt
after holding it on your hand for sometime then you could say its good quality.
The glossy and shiny feel in the chocolate means that its of good quality. On the
cover of the chocolate in the ingredients cocoa percentage has to be 60% or
more. You could by your chocolate from a proper and legit store to make sure
you are not scammed. There are various companies caught producing fake coco
have been stopped like Exporter, Chocolate ball, Products, etc. There are
various medical effects seen in original and fake chocolate. It is know that
chocolate is one of the most energizing food in the world as many scientist as
“If you eat pure dark chocolate, two cubes, each day you will be as fit as a
fiddle even in you old age.” The exact opposite can be said for fake chocolate as
they are not only low in energy but are harmful to the body with chemical
compound mixed with less cocoa powder, no cocoa butter and vegetable oil.
There have been cases of people running a race to the bathroom many times a
day for consuming fake chocolate without thinking twice. There have been
cases when parents give their children not proper chocolate and they vomit
blood and become malnourished due to the chemicals. It has been 4000 years
since cocoa has been founded and only in last 40 – 50 years that people have
created fakes to make money. Many people have eaten fake chocolate due to its
low pricing and have affected their health to the condition where they have to be
admitted to the hospital for a week in the least. Now people are mixing between
drugs and chocolate to make them addicts. It is a proven statistic that six out of
fifty people eat fake chocolate for the pricing to satisfy the needs of the children
and to preserve money. Some people do that on purpose and some people do not
have enough awareness to know that it is a fake.

There are T.V shows to prove that chocolate is fake by looking at them.
Websites and blogs also do that to promote eating of proper chocolate. Now that
you know be carful on what you consume and what you make others consume.
