Autocad Building Plan Drawing

1. Create layers for different architectural elements like walls, doors, windows, etc. 2. Draw the overall plot rectangle and set back distances for walls. 3. Use offset and trim commands to draw internal and external walls at 9" and 6" thicknesses. 4. Make doors at 5' for main and 3' for others by offsetting and trimming wall lines. 5. Create window blocks by selecting midpoints and exploding or stretching as needed. Mirror windows for efficiency.
