INTRODUCTION
Parosh twin tower is one of modern urban civilazations with high quality in erbil, It’s
three kilometes far away from the city center.It’s on Erbil- koya highway, this way is
a one of the gates of the city this fact gives this project a special place. this project is
supervised by four famous and experencefull company’s in construction and
engineering which are( kurd bost, aryo group, remas and artema construction), they are
building it on (6500m2) with high quality materials, modern design, it s contain 102
apartments in two towers of 14 floors each, in addition to the mall, sport yards, fitneess
center, cafeterias and car parks are included. Security guards and camera system are
working 24 hours, the first to fiveth floors are offices with deferent in size and price.

DISCUSSION
The two towers of this project contain a deferent size some of them special for offices
and some of them are for residence we have (-1 & -2) floors which are underground
garages, we have seven types of apartments every type have two blocks every block
has a deferent map.
Now let’s talk about specifications of apartments and materials.
USED MATERIALS
for walls they use bearing wall method like other high towers walls are high quality
which they are resistance to effloresce and salt and they are sound and thermal insulator
the blocks are covered with polystyrene
Tiles: - they use best of Turkish tiles and they import them specially for this project
they using it in the kitchen and the bathroom with two deferent colors
The brightness and easeast material to clean is tiles because of this they uses them in
places which its supposted to deart more than others.

Gypsum:- the gypsum is one of basic materials to cover walls they use gypsum in the
hall and living room, the gypsum is made in erbil.
Pantes:- the walls is coverd with deferent colors of paints and its imported from
belgum.
Gypsum board:- they using it to cover the roof to have an extra sound insulation.
Glasses:- the windos are double jam glass that is combination of two glasses for extra
sound and thermal insulation.
Wood:- the door is balloon press and the floor covered with HDF and MDF wood.
