Sub:- Regarding reimbursement of ICAPIE’19 Conference

Respected sir,

I had submitted my research paper titled “Effect of infill percentage on vibration characteristic on
3D printed structure “ in international conference on advanced production and industrial Engineering
(ICAPIE’ 19) held at Delhi Technical University from 20-21 December 2019. There were total four
authors namely Pradeep Kumar Yadav , Abhishek , Kamal Singh and Jitendra bhasker . Being main
author of research paper expense of registration fee were bear by me. Due to the clashing of end
semester examination with the date of conference my co-Author Mr. Kamal Singh who is a research
assistant as outsourced staff in the department had presented this paper on our behalf and travelling
allowance is not claimed by me.so, Kindly grant the reimbursement for the registration fee borne by
me only.
