Irfan Razack- Founder
Irfan Razack was born on 30 October 1953.
In 1986, he started Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. in
Bangalore.
He is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of Inventure
Academy, Bangalore
• Employer Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd
• Children one
• And was Honorary secretary of Al-Ameen Educational Society,[6] President of
Bangalore Commercial Association (BCA)
• He is a Cutchi Memon and has been actively involved in the upliftment of the
people of the community through the Cutchi Memon Jamat, Bangalore.

• Prestige Group is a property development company in South India.[1][2] It was
founded by Razack Sattar in 1986 and is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Prestige has developed several residential colonies and commercial spaces in
Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Mangalore, and Mysore, including Prestige
Shantiniketan,[3] UB City, Prestige Golfshire, Prestige Acropolis, The Forum,[4] The
Forum Value, The Forum Vijaya,[5] and The Celebration Mall.[6]

• Prestige Foundation rose to the occasion, ensuring the safety and security of its
own people, while reaching out to support the vulnerable sections of society.
• The Prestige Group, working through the Prestige Foundation, provided meals and
provisions to daily wage labourers, underprivileged children and the needy across
the cities of Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Mysuru daily since the
beginning of the first lockdown in March 2020. They have delivered monthly
provisions to over 19,000 families, as well as to hospitals, churches and
orphanages.
• During FY 2019-20 it donated `1.44 crore to educational institutions such as
Aavishkar Academy, Al Aman Educational and Welfare Trust, Al Ameen Destitute
Home (Rahath Bagh), Dayananda Sagar University, ST. Aloysius Evening Pre-
University College and others to further the cause of education among the
underprivileged through scholarships and sponsorships.
• Medical aid to the tune of `1.15 crore was donated to several non-profits such as
Have A Heart Foundation, Pray Foundation Trust, Rameeza Foundation, Needy

Ltd., Narayana Nethralaya, Navajeevan Hospital and other hospitals
