OBJECTIVE My objective is to work with all stakeholders in education to achieve the goals students and
their families have for them. To create innovative systems and implement unique strategies that
improve the educational system. To development specialized behavior and academic plans for
the most challenging of students, because all students can be successful.
PHILOSOPHY I believe in the ability of the human brain to learn. Every child can learn, and it is up to all
stakeholders in education to figure out how each child learns and teach according to the child.
Educators must have perseverance and commitment in order to fulfill the promise of education
to every child. Children being unable to grasp concepts does not mean they cannot learn. It
simple means we (stakeholders in education) have not found the ways in which those children
learn best.
