Adjustments
Index Unit Min Max Standard Description
no. value
1 mm 690 1000 Tyre parameter (dynamic radius)
2 ms 800 3000 Clutch pedal torque rising time limit.
The index determines how quickly the torque of the
main clutch is allowed to rise when the clutch pedal
is raised very quickly.
E.g. If the value is 1600 ms, the torque of the clutch
may change from 0 Nm to maximum in 1.6 seconds.
3 1 4 2 Clutch pedal engagement.
Clutch pedal function aggressiveness and
engagement point can be adjusted with this index.
There are four control curves to choose from
1 = most aggressive function of the clutch
Pedal, lowest engagement position
4 = least aggressive function of the clutch
Pedal, highest engagement position
10 s 0 20 4 4WD automatics when starting out time.
This index adjusts the time, for how long the 4WD is
automatically turned on when using the 4WD
automatics function.
(Check also index 20)
20 0 = off 1 = on 0 4WD automatics when starting out on/off.
This index turns the 4WD automatics when starting
out (Traction control) on or off.
(Check also index 10)
30 1 10 4 F&R engagement rapidity.
This index determines how quickly the torque of the
power shuttle is increased to maximum when the
driving direction is changed.
This affects the aggressiveness of both F and R
clutches
1 = slowest engagement
10 = quickest engagement
50 0 = off 1 = on 0 C/D range auto shifting on/off, for driver. - - Not in

1 = Fahrenheit
99 0 2 0 - - Not in use in HiTech, do not adjust - -
220 % 20 100 45 Engine torque influence to PS shifting
(Adjusting the index normally never needed)
The index determines how much the actual engine
torque affects the PS shifting.
E.g. If the value is 20, the engine torque affects the
PS shifting only slightly.

Note that indexes no. 400 – 408 and 410 - 412 are so called auto-detection indexes. This means that
sensors and control switches are automatically detected if they are connected to the wiring harness.
Because of this, the index value is automatically set to 0 or 1.
• The first time the system detects that the system in question is installed, the index value is
automatically set from 0 to 1.
• However, the value is not automatically set back to 0, if the system defined by the index is
removed from the tractor.
• In case you have to deactivate a function, you can set the index value manually to 2.

430 km/h 2 6 3 Parking brake speed limit (km/h).
This index determines the highest speed that the
parking brake is allowed to engage.
E.g. If the index is set to 3, tractor must be moving
slower than 3 km/h in order to the parking brake to
engage.
440 3PS: 3PS: 0 Transmission type no.

445 ms 0 3000 0 Rear PTO auto stop delay.
The index determines the delay for the automatic
stopping of the PTO when using the PTO –
automatics.
E.g. 0 = PTO stops immediately when the Auto-
control switch is turned on the transport position (up)
3000 = PTO stops after 3 seconds the switch is
turned
451 km/h 10 53 43 Max speed limit (km/h).
Note! To change the value of the index, you first
have to save the indexes from TC1 to EDT and load
them back from EDT to the TC1. After that you can
adjust the index and save the new index value once.
This index can only be adjusted with the EDT.
453 mm 690 1000 Tyre parameter, factory.
The factory tyre parameter is set at the factory
according to the original tyre installed on the tractor.
This index can not be adjusted through the tractor
terminal.
The purpose for this index is to prevent over speed in
the transmission in case the operator tries to
increase the ground speed of the tractor by adjusting
the user tyre parameter.
Adjust this parameter according to the correct tyre
size after updating the software.

Rear PTO
Normally there is no need to make a calibration or adjust indexes for the PTO. If
the PTO starting cycle does not work correctly, first check and adjust index 90
(user setting for PTO starting rapidity).
If satisfactory function of the PTO can not be reached by adjusting the index 90,
it is also possible to adjust indexes 503 and 504 to improve the starting process
of the PTO. Warning: Never adjust indexes 500 and 501 manually!
