Together with her devoted husband, David Illustre, they adopted a community of women in the

outskirts of the Philippines. Among them is RICHA. RICHA is a civic organization of women which aims to
support mothers in the community through livestock and agricultural entrepreneurship. Due to
lockdown, several products offered and services performed by these women such as manicure and
pedicure, saloon services, massage, daycare to elderlies and children are hampered if not stopped.

This paused greater risk for women to lose their income. This causes anxiety among members of RICHA.
It seemed that the world is against all women, it seemed that all efforts given are in vain.
