SUBJECT: COMPLAINT FOR THE OFFENCE UNDER SECTION 384 IPC.

1. That the Complainant’s name is Sh. Rajnish Kumar Gupta S/O Sh. Jugal Kishore Gupta,
R/O 29 E/E, Ward No. 1, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030.

2. That the complaint is being lodged against Sh. Dinesh Duggal, S/O Jaipal Singh, Contact
No. 9599919985, R/O 91 D, Ward No. 2, Near Valmiki Mandir, Mehrauli, New Delhi-
110030.

3. That the present complaint is being filed as the above-mentioned Respondent is


blackmailing to extort money by using threat of false complaints.

4. That the complainant is re-constructing his private property within the bounds of law.

5. That the Respondent resides nearly at a distance of 1 km. From the private property of the
Complainant. Hence, has no relatedness with the construction.

6. That the Respondent threatened and blackmailed the complainant to pay a desired amount
of money otherwise he shall file a false complaint for the termination of the lawful
construction. Also, he has threatened the Complainant to create a trap for the whole
family of the Complainant under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act, 1989.

7. That the respondent has also filed a complaint dated: 28.02.2022 which is based on false
pretenses. The Respondent has sent a picture of above-mentioned complaint to the
Complainant via. WhatsApp.

8. That the intent of Respondent is merely to harass the Complainant in order to extort a
‘fair amount’ of money.

9. That the Respondent has committed a criminal offence of extortion under Section 384 of
IPC, 1860.

10. Therefore, it is prayed that:


i. This complaint may kindly be looked onto and the accused should be brought
under the eyes of law.
ii. The complaint dated: 28.02.2022 filed by the respondent should be quashed
immediately.

11. That the Complainant would be very obliged.
