Procedure For Maha-Havan, Learnt From Write Ups And Some Practical experience from Dehradoon and
Pune Centres .
1) We may start with following bhajans..
a) Swagat Agat Aagatam
b) Vinati Suniye Adi-Shakti meri
2) Raise Kundalini and take Bandhan and then explain the procedure of �doing Swaha and importance
of Havan to all present there.
3) Three Mahamantaras ( without raga )
a) Shree Ganesha mantra or �Om� four times.
4) Invite Mother in your hearts and for being present during Havan.
5) Chanting of Shree Ganesha Atharvasheesha.
6) Here, we may sing the Devi Bhajans � Ai Giri Nandini� (optional)
7) Now Havan will start with chanting of
�Kunjika Strotam� : It is given in �Devi Bhagawat� book in last chapter.
Mantra of �Navgraha Devta� ( Nine Planets )
Mantra of �Astha Dimpal Devta� ( Eight Dimpals )
10) Mantra of �Panch Mahabhoot Devta� ( Five Elements )
11) Mantra of �Vayu Devta� ( God of air )
12) Mantra of �Agni Devta� of � Yagna Devta� (Fire God or Havan god ) to be taken three times and
during chanting of this mantra one or two Yuva Shakti ( unmarried ) Sahaja Yogies will lit the fire of
Havan.
13) Now 108 Names to be taken as per the occasion � Viz if it is Navratri Havan � then 108 Names of
�Durga� may be taken with each offering.
Each Mantra to be loudly chanted by one Yogi viz �
�OM TWAMEV SHAKSHAT SHREE (NAME OF DEITY) NAMO NAMAHA:� � and then all present,
will do the offering by saying � OM SWAHA�
Same procedure will be followed for each mantra till the � Purnahuti � (Last Offering)
14) After 108 names - now following offering and may be done
Dhanvantri (God of Medicine) mantra
15) Negativity Destroying Mantras offering should be given to fire for these mantras without prefixing
�Shree� before the name and following mixture may be preferably, be used ( to destroy negativity )
when doing following offering ( with hot herbs).
i. Kaala Til ( Black Til )
ii. Kaali Urad ( Black Urad )
iii. Black Pepper ( full, not the powder)
iv. Garam Masala ( Tej paata )
v. Guggal
vi. Loban
vii. Ajvayan
viii. Clove
ix. Camphor etc.
( 1) ANCIENT EVILS ( ASURAS ) : (Add � MARDINI� after each name ) while doing offerings)

Bhai, Mahesh Yogi, Baal Yogeshwar, Sri Sri Ravishankar,Nirankaari Baba Rajendra Singh, Pop John

(3) TAALIBAN FANATIC MUSLIMS :
Osama Bin Laden, Mulla Mohammed Umar, Saddam Hussain, All terrorist network in the world, Al-Quida
Network, All countries supporting terrorism.
Other Negativities: (say �OM SWAHA� after loudly chanting of each negativities)
a) Terrorism in the world
b) Negativity against INNOCENCE and all sorts of child abuse.
c) Negativity and moral pollutions through media, and other ways.
d) All anti Sahaj Yoga websits in the world.

l) Lethergy, Ego and Super ego, of all Sahaj Yogies.
m) All problems in completion and successful competation and running of all Sahaj Projects across the
world, like � NIRMAL PREM� Noida, �VAITARNA PROJECT and so on.
n) All problems in preparations of �GANAPATIPULE SEMINAL 2001 �
o) All problems of Sahaj Yogies coming for �GP INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR 2001 � from all over the
world.
After burning all negativity we should offer DRY FRUITS and MEDICINAL HERBS etc. ( with all seven
offerings ) for good health of � VIRATA�
(1) BHU (2) BHUVA (3) SWAHA (4) MAHA (5) JANA (6) TAPA (7) SATYAM
For above seven elements (i.e. Seven Chakras) the entire mantra is to be chanted before saying � OM
SWAHA� Viz- �OM TWAMEVA SHAKSHAT, SHRI BHU SHAKSHAT, SHRI ADI SHAKTI MATAJI,
SHRI NIRMALA DEVI NAMO NAMAH..� (With offefing Dry Fruits)
Then sweets and Kheer (Sweet liquid preparation of rice) are to be offered with three Maha Mantaras to
the Havan Fire.
Now all Yogies present there may offer their personal problems (written on a pice of paper) to Havan fire.
(After � Purnahuti� / �Final Offering�, nothing should be put in havan)
Note: The paper chits (Personal Problems) should be kept ready and be given to one yogi before havan
starts.
In the end, one dry coconut filled, with Pure Ghee (Butter), is offerd to the fire with the following mantra.
� OM TWAMEVA SHAKSHAT, POORNAHUTI SAMARPAYAMI NAMO NAMAHA, OM SWAHA �
Now, if, there are instructions from the leader, COMPLETE clearing of chakras may be done with
Bhajans,(Songs) and dancing around the Havan Finally, the Havan will end with Aarti of Shree Mataji.
