Roles & Responsibilities as a Manager

 Maintaining of plant against ISO: 9001:2016/IATF: 16949 & EMS 14001 requirements. Taking
lead for yearly surveillance audits.

 Preparation & presentation of weekly ORM (operations review meeting) at Top management
to progress of week. It includes of delivery performance, key equipment uptime, OEE,
manufacturing cost, accidents, incidents, week quality trends (inclusive of customer complaints),
achievements & highlights of week. Also preparing action plan with team members for not
meeting targets.

 Preparation of yearly CAPEX & revenue budget based on business plan with proper
justification for getting approval from TOP management. Also accountable for approved
budgets.

 Responsible for Company Targets like BSC (Business Score card) on time & also active
member during finalization of yearly targets.

 Preparation of Manpower budget (Organization chart) on yearly basis based on business plan.
Recruitment based on gaps time to time.

 Operator competency improvement plan & training execution with the help of HR team.

 Machine Preventive & predictive maintenance plan with Maintenance support.

Treatment shop & Laboratory compiling to CQI-9.

 Supporting to CFT during making of APQP, PPAP, FMEA & any process improvements.

 As a CFT member study of new parts feasibility on existing machines & process. Also
responsible for on item product development for feasible parts. Also responsible for process
specification preparation after freezing process.

CARRER ACHIEVEMENTS:

 Process establishment in pit type furnace for gudgeon pin & process optimization done in SQF at
M/s SAMKRG.

 Plant productivity improvement in existing machines through training of down level team multi
skill operations & actions initiated to improve productivity by optimizing process in
M/s SAMKRG.

 Cost reduction (vendor end) of HT per cycle by reducing cycle time at M/s SFL.
 Developed new vendors for HT process in M/s SFL.
 Energy consumption reduction from 1155 KWH/MT to 803 KWH/MT of HT process by inters
locking utilities during idle time & increasing productivity in the span of 2 years at M/s Mangal.

 MFG. cost reduction done from Rs 4,150 to Rs3,280 per MT of HT process by reduction of
reworks, change over time reduction.

 As plant coordinator QCC teams continuously participating NCQC from last 5 years & 3 teams
participated for ICQC-2017, 2018 & 2021 won Highest award.

 Forging tool cost reduction by Rs 500/MT done by phosphating coating in wire process.
 As a coordinator plant won 5S platinum award in 2017 & Won sustenance award in 2019.
 Successfully completed 10 black belt (six sigma) projects in last two years & won one of best
