CANCELLATION OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

Witnesseth

Whereas, by a certain instrument in writing, made and executed at


Quezon City on September 21, 2020 by Mr. Carlo Martini (Mortgagor),
mortgaged to Mr. Cardin Delicate (Mortgagee) of legal age, single and a
resident of Quezon City, the personal property of Toyota Alphard Series of
2020 with Motor No. 321456, Serial /Chasis NO. 321531, Plate No. 2315
and File No. 123215 for the sum of Two Million Pesos with Twenty
Thousand Pesos interest per month payable within a period of one year;

Whereas, The Mortgagor paid the Mortgagee upon signing of this


instrument an amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300,000.00)
and a check amounting to One Million Seven Hundred Thousand (Php
1,700,000.00) with check No. 123543 dated September 21, 2021.

Whereas, The Mortgagee released the above described personal


property from any encumbrances and the Mortgagor promised to fully paid
the obligation on before September 21, 2021.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above


premises. The mortgagee herein fully and forever release and cancel the said
mortgage and authorize or direct the Office of the Register of Deeds of
Quezon City to discharge and cancel the mortgage of record.

The foregoing instrument, consisting of two pages including this


acknowledgement is written refers to Cancellation of Mortgage signed by
