HSE POLICY
The Health and Safety of our Employees and of all others who may be affected by our
business activities is the utmost priority. DRG International Company committed to provide
the safe working environment to protection against to accidents, injurries, health risks and
Environmental pollution. All of our activities must comply with the requirements, legislations
and DRG Company HSE Manual at least. Whereever the standards are higher then our
company standards then we must follow the higher instructions and procedures.

The final goal of the DRG International Company, safety philosophy is to ensure the
health and safety of personnel, to eliminate property damage and to provide a safe and
comfortable working and living environment, during the entire construction period with the
goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS.

DRG International Company will follow the project safety philosophy as described
below.

 The safety is a paramount consideration in the project.


 All accident are preventable.
 All tasks shall be planned and performed with concern for safety and work
planning shall include an assessment of risk.
 Safety is line management responsibility first but active perticipation of all
employees.
 Identify and eliminate or minimize inherent hazards in the work.
 Closely monitor each step of work activities to detect and promptly eliminate
hazards and unsafe practices.
 Provide clear and concise written instruction, rules and plans for the work to
be performed.
 Use trained and qualified workers and supervisors.
 Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
 Provide personal protective equipment.
 Maintain a fire prevention and protection program.
 Provide first aid and access to a medical facility.
