Dear Madam:

This letter is to express my interest to apply for the position of Election Officer IV of the
Office of the Election Officer, Legazpi City, Albay with Item No.COMELECA-EO4-48-
1998. I was admitted as a member of the Philippine Bar on June 17, 2019 and was
employed as Legal Consultant at the DENR-Community Environment and Natural
Resources-Guinobatan, Albay. During my youth, I engaged in politics being a Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairman for three (3) years and a Sangguniang Barangay Member for a period
of eight (8) years in Barangay 66-Banquerohan, Legazpi City.

After my contract as Legal Consultant in DENR has ended in December 2019, and that my
husband, a Masbateño, being a member of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, will
then be assigned in Masbate City Jail, I decided to engage in private practice in Masbate
City by establishing my own law firm, accepting legal services, consultation, cases, drafting
pleadings, affidavits, deeds and conveyances and notarizing documents. I am very much
willing to be assigned in the Province of Albay especially in Legazpi City, COMELEC and to
join and work in the government and engage in public service. If accepted, I am also very
willing to be trained to further improve my skills. I already gained knowledge being a private
practitioner, a litigation lawyer and a notary public where I experienced to communicate and
socialize with people in all walks of life.

Attached herewith are the requirements for additional regarding my qualification and
experience.
