JOINT-AFFIDAVIT

We, Bernardita Almario, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of No. 694-A
Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City and Lucia Burdador, Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of No. 258 Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City, after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We know Cristina Chatto because she is our neighbor and a closed friend;

2. We know that Cristina Chatto and Jose Espelita are live-in partners for ten
(10) years and they have two (2) children;

3. We know that Cristina Chatto and her immediate family do not earn a regular
income double the minimum wage in Cebu City and she has no real properties
with fair market value of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 300,000.00);

4. We know that she is an indigent litigant and she is abandoned by her live-in
partner;

5. We are executing this sworn statement to attest the veracity of the foregoing
facts and for whatever purpose this may serve.
