Given recent developments, I am sta ng up front that


this is a con den al personnel ma er and I want to be clear that I do not consent to any
recording of this phone conversa on. Separately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 increase in
cases within the o ce and at large, I found it most appropriate to meet via phone to discuss
changes in my administra on. There’s no easy way to say this, I regret to inform you that you
are being released from employment e ec ve immediately.
I realize this decision may come as a surprise and it will take some me to process. I understand
you may have ques ons as to why this decision has been made. As an at-will employee, you
