NARRATIVE REPORT
Orientation on Final Testing of ECCD
S.Y. 2021-2022

Aquilino Banaag Elementary School Kindergarten Teachers conducted a


face-to-face orientation on Early Childhood Care Development Checklist last March
21, 2022. The said orientation aims to assist parents in accomplishing the said form.

The said orientation was attended by not more than 50 parents in three (3)
batches to observe IATF safety protocols. Ma’am Jamsel A. Vinuya thoroughly
explained the seven domains and the competencies for each domain. As discussed,
Early Childhood Care Development (ECCD) Checklist will help teachers, BHW, Child
development and Day Care Workers and Parents. By which completing the checklist,
they will be able to determine whether a child is a developing normally or is at risk for
development delays. Mrs. Vinuya also explained that the ECCD result is not
intended for any medical purposes, testing one’s Intelligence Quotient (IQ) nor
assessing their academic progress.

Overall, the orientation was successful through the cooperation of the parents.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
EARLY REGISTRATION

Aquilino Banaag Elementary School joined and conducted the Early


Registration with the collaboration of parents and barangay officials to
take part of the massive campaign to reach all out of school children and
all five-year-old and six-year-old to ensure their enrolment for the school
year 2022-2023.

Prior to the early registration day, necessary preparation was


made. Planning and conference with the teachers on the plans and
activities for the early registration. Organizing Early Registration team
assigned in different schedules, massive advocacy for early registration,
and information dissemination through social media.

The activity became successful through the collaborative efforts of


School Head, teachers, parents and barangay officials. Interventions are
also the target of the said activity that will bring learners back to school
and will ensure their completion of Basic K to 12 Education.
