The Plaintiff above named states as follows:

1.The Plaintiff states that the above case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and
is fixed for today for filing the proof Affidavit/ for cross examination of defendant
in the above said O.S_______ of 20__

2.The Plaintiff states that he could not meet his counsel due to heavy rain / as he is
out of station.

3.The Plaintiff further state that it is not possible to file the proof Affidavit in the
above O.S today. The Plaintiff further states facts are true and his non-appearance
is neither willful nor wanton but due to the reasons stated above.

For the reasons sated above it is prayed this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
adjourn the above suit to next week and pass such further or other orders as this
Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus
render justice.
