APPOINTMENT OF A PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ERECTION, INSPECTION AND SAFE USE
OF ALL SCAFFOLDING AS PER THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND

4. To report any defects of scaffolding materials immediately to the employer; and
