AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, of legal age, widow , Filipino citizen and a resident of


_________________ , after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

That I have executed an Affidavit of Inclusion duly registered in the office of the Register of
________________________;

That as appearing in the said document the area of my property is two hundred (200) square
meters, which should be two hundred fifty (250) square meters, the true and correct area of my
property; It was only then I noticed that there is an erroneous made in the said document;

That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts that the true and
correct area of my property is two hundred fifty (250) square meters , not two hundred (200) square
meters and that the latest tax declaration of the said property is TD No.__________________;

This affidavit is also executed for all legal intents and purposes;
