AFFIDAVIT OF ADMINISTRATORSHIP

 I, MARCELO L. SELGA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.


Macalva Sur, Agoo La Union , after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am one of the legal heirs of the late JUAN SELGA who is the declared
owner of a parcel of land with Tax Declaration # 93-011-04-206 and
Property Identification No. 008-02-07-05-046 located at Macalva Sur Agoo,
La union consisting 4,553 square meters ;

2. That I am one of the registered owner of such land as evidenced by an


Original Certificate of Title # CLOA-6111 and Certificate of Land Ownership
Award # 00304779, enclosed is a copy of the OCT attached as Annex “1”
       

3. That I do hereby attest that I am the ADMINISTRATOR of the aforesaid


parcel of land ; and

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of my statements in


order to convey all or a portion of the abovementioned parcel of land and for
all legal intents and purposes.
