AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING

I, ELLAN M. GABIANA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of


Poblacion, Municipality of Nabunturan, Davao de Oro, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. I am the Branch Manager of BINOS LENDING CORPORATION –


NABUNTURAN BRANCH with principal address at 2nd Floor, LYR
Building, Gante Road, Tagum City, Davao del Norte;

2. That I represent the aforesaid company in the Extra Judicial


Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage (EJF REM NO. 24-31) against the
property of LOURDITA DE LOS SANTOS and LENITA D. CLEMENTE,
situated at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Sta. Josefa, Province of
Agusan del Sur, Island of Mindanao, covered by Original Certificate of
Title No. P-29810;

3. That the Notice of Extrajudicial Sale dated October 25, 2024 was
received by the company from Regional Trial Court Branch 55 of
Trento, Agusan del Sur.

4. That said Notice is posted for public information and knowledge in


conspicuous places in the company.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts and use the same for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
